Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

My Score: 7 out of 10
I loved the original Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. So when I heard the news that the good people at Capcom were creating a newer, updated version of the game - I instantly got excited. Unfortunately, this game does not impress the same same way its predecessor did - and it just feels like a reiteration of what we already played before. The new stuff in this game include new characters, stages, challenges, and game modes. While this is simply an updated version of a game that came out not too long ago - we will review it based off of its own merits as a game as well as a direct sequel/update. Honestly, it just feels like a large, cheap DLC.

This game is still fun - and it's still very flashy, with bright, vivid colors - and the still unique fighting system (don't worry, newbies, simple mode is still included). The online modes are unchanged for the most part, but the parts that are changed are changed for the better. For instance, the online mod…

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions - Cosmic Spider-Man Character Pack

When I first heard that one of my favorite games at the time was getting some new DLC - I was going crazy with anticipation. New levels? New skills, boss battles or modes? I went through literally everything in my brain until I got to the very last thing I could ever want - Extra costumes. These bad boys are the Cosmic Suits available for a whopping 240 Microsoft points (that translates into $3). Each dimension has their own suit to choose from, and none of these are really too appealing at all. From left to right we see Amazing, Noir, Ultimate, and 2099.
Honestly, if you really like your copy of Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions - and you REALLY like these ugly costumes - go ahead and get it. But know this... They really are just ugly costumes for an awesome superhero.
